For extra security, we’ve installed Rolladen shutters on the windows and doors of the home. The shutters on the front door, front window, and patio door can be controlled using the panel located near the kitchen:

To Open/Close a Shutter:
- Press one of the top three buttons
- Press Up to raise the shutter; down to lower the shutter
The remaining shutters can be opened and closed using the manual control located near each of the windows:

Rotate the handle counter-clockwise to lower the shutter; clockwise to raise the shutter. When lowering the shutter, stop rotating the handle once there is no more tension in the belt. When raising the shutter, only rotate enough to the point the shutter is open.

To turn on the shower in the master bathroom, pull the top knob out. Turning the top knob allows you to control the flow of the water from the handheld shower or the shower head above.
Turn the larger, bottom handle to adjust the temperature of the water.
The pool’s pump is on a timer and will cycle automatically. In the event it needs to be shut off, you can find the control panel to the right of the cabana:

The pump can be manually turned off/on by moving the red switch left or right.

With the pool’s pump running, flip open the panel on the pool’s heater to access its controls. Press POOL ON to turn on the heater. Press the up and down buttons to adjust the temperature.
When done with the pool, make sure to press the HEATER OFF button to turn off the heater.
